Joe has been wanting to take me to the Delta where he went Striper fishing last spring for some time now. With Monday being a holiday, and not having anything else going on we decided to head down to the Sacramento River to Isleton for the night. We stayed in a little resort area where you can also dock your boat. We didn't take the boat, since it isn't fishing season. But we did go for a few walks, played with the kids, went out to eat and just relaxed. It was nice to get away. We are planning on taking a big family trip down there for Spring Break and I can't wait to go back.
